What it costs

Repairs start at S$60 — a strap loop, for instance. Colour restoration generally runs S$300 to S$1,000 depending on the size of the piece and how much of it needs work. A full restoration of a large or exotic-skin bag sits at the top of that range.

Prices are subject to size and condition, which is why we quote from a photograph rather than a list.

We will tell you when not to

Some pieces are worth more left alone, and some repairs cost more than they return. We will say so.
