These terms apply to purchases from House of Brandz Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201101393N), 20 Cecil Street, #02-02 PLUS, Singapore 049705.

Our goods

All items are pre-owned unless described otherwise, and stock is one of one. Once an item sells it is gone; we do not restock.

House of Brandz Pte. Ltd. is an independent reseller of pre-owned goods. We are not an authorised dealer for, an agent of, or affiliated with any brand whose products we resell. All trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the item offered for sale.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in Singapore dollars. Because the same stock is offered in our shop and on other channels, an item may sell before the listing updates. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund in full.

Viewing before purchase

You are welcome to inspect any item in person at our Cecil Street shop during opening hours. For a pre-owned item this is the best way to buy, and we would rather you handled it first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
