Returns and refunds

Every item is pre-owned and one of one

Items are sold in the condition described and photographed. We encourage you to view a piece in person at 20 Cecil Street, #02-02 PLUS, Singapore 049705, or to ask us for additional photographs of any area you want to see, before you buy.

If an item is not as described

If an item differs materially from its description or photographs, contact us and we will put it right — by refund or by resolving the difference.

Proposed: notify us within 7 days of delivery or collection, with the item unused and complete with everything it was sold with.

Change of mind

Proposed: we do not accept change-of-mind returns on pre-owned items. This is the norm for one-of-one resale, and it is why we encourage inspection before purchase.

Order cancelled by us

If an item sells elsewhere before we can fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund the full amount to the original payment method.
