What does a pre-owned Hermès bag cost in Singapore? At the time of writing (October 2026), the Birkins in our shop cost S$9,900 to S$38,900, and the Kellys S$8,000 to S$68,500. Size, leather, colour, condition and what comes with a bag decide where it falls. Below are the Hermès bags we have now, with their prices, and what moves Hermès bag prices up or down.

What does a Birkin cost in Singapore?
Here are our five Birkins, smallest first.

HSS means horseshoe stamp, the mark of a special order: a bag made to one client's choice of leather, colours and hardware. The clochette is the leather bell that holds the keys.

Sellier means the bag is stitched on the outside, which keeps its edges sharp and its shape rigid. Verso is Hermès's name for a bag lined in a contrasting colour, and Gold is its caramel brown, not the metal.
The Mini Kelly comes with its CITES papers. Alligator is a CITES-listed skin, and taking one in or out of Singapore needs an NParks permit, even in your own luggage.
What moves the price of a Hermès bag?
- Size. Smaller costs more. Our two Birkin 25s cost about three and four times as much as our Birkin 35.
- Leather. Togo, Clémence and Epsom are calfskins. Exotics cost far more: the alligator Mini Kelly and the ostrich Birkin 25 are the two most expensive pieces in our shop.
- Colour. Neutrals are generally in more demand than bright shades, and colour can outweigh year and grade. Our 2004 Birkin 30 in tabac camel, graded Well used, is S$16,900. The 2013 one in orange, graded Lightly used, is S$11,500.
- Hardware. Gold or palladium is mostly a matter of taste. Gold hardware is on our S$8,000 Kelly To Go and our S$68,500 Mini Kelly alike.
- Year. A recent date usually adds to the price, but grade and restoration can outweigh it. Our 2004 Kelly 32 Sellier costs S$3,000 more than the restored 2010 Verso.
- What comes with it. A full set, everything Hermès packed with the bag, adds to the price, and so does the original receipt. Our two Lindy 30s are both S$8,900. One is Lightly used with its receipt and all but the box, the other Like new with a dust bag only.
- Restoration. A restored bag usually costs less than one in its original finish, however good the work. Our Kelly 32 Verso has been restored in its own colour, and says so.
The Constance, Lindy, Bolide and others
For Hermès without a Birkin's price, all but one of these cost under S$9,000.

The exception is the Constance 18 Mirror, the version with a small mirror of its own. Brand new, it costs more than three of our five Birkins.
Before you buy: what's worth paying for?
Look at the corners first, then the handles, which darken with skin oils and hand cream. Rubbed corners, darker handles and light scratches on the hardware are ordinary wear. They belong in the price, not on a list of reasons to walk away. Be slower with anything structural, such as a cracked handle or lifted stitching: our guide to buying a pre-owned luxury bag goes through every check.
Cleaning deals with dirt and dry leather, and how to clean a leather bag shows what you can do at home. It won't put back colour that has rubbed away. That's restoration, and a restored bag should say so: ask what has been done, and by whom. A replaced part should come with its paperwork, as the hardware on our Kelly 32 Sellier does.
Is a full set worth the difference? Yes, if you may sell the bag one day, because the next buyer will want it too. If you mean to carry it for years, the bag matters more than the box.
Selling one?
The prices above are what we ask for our own bags. If you're selling, we buy outright and pay on the spot, or take the bag on consignment. Consigned, it's listed, photographed and sold over three to six months, and you're paid 15 working days after it sells.
